We utilize Symbiosis in Development (SiD), an integrated and dynamic systems thinking methodology, to develop holistic and sustainable solutions. This process allows for an objective assessment of each locality, the specific environment, and its unique social, climate, and economic systems. This whole-systems approach to evaluation and design is what makes an Orchid City so practical, adaptive, and sustainable.

Context Sensitive Adaptation

The Orchid City blueprint adapts to local climate, culture, and contexts - each project is tailored to specific local needs and societal challenges.

We utilized three global locations as pilots for Orchid City to help showcase how it can be used to address a vast range of problematic but inherently different environmental and cultural scenarios.
