Orchid City's blueprint model adapts to any location. Each masterplan addresses local challenges, culture, climate, and context.

The Orchid City framework applies to three development scenarios: redevelopment of existing neighborhoods and brownfield remediation, cluster additions to existing cities, and new areas and urban developments. The scale ranges from compact neighborhoods of 500 to full communities of 15,000 and beyond.

We utilized three global locations as pilots for Orchid City to help showcase how it can be used to address a vast range of problematic but inherently different environmental and cultural scenarios.

This process allows for an objective assessment of each locality, the specific environment, and its unique social, climate, and economic systems.
